Assessment of clinical skills and other skills
Simulation Center designs the assessment of personnel skills according to international standards with accurate and precise tools. The assesses will receive individual assessment results along with potential development guidelines. The assessment results come from Gap Analysis in various skills, compared to organization’s expectation and employee’s current ability for individual development planning and further knowledge development, skills, and abilities of employees.
Simulation Center designs a skill assessment of personnel to be used as an assessment tool to prepare for performance and individual development plans by using Gap analysis in various skills. This will lead to a skill development plan as specified by the organization, divided into 4 areas as follows:
1.Clinical Nurse Competency Assessment
- Clinical Ladder Competency Assessment
- Assessment to measure levels before entering work (New Hire Career Ladder Competency Assessment)
- Assessment to measure the level of performance (Maintain Ladder Competency Assessment)
