27 April 2026

On April 27, 2026, the Simulation Center TMG88 organized a hands-on workshop on Integrated Patient Care Skills for newly recruited registered nurses from MedPark Hospital. The training utilized realistic simulated clinical scenarios to help new nurses become familiar with the clinical environment and adapt more quickly to their roles.

The program aimed to strengthen participants’ confidence in performing essential nursing duties and to promote safe, appropriate, and patient-centered care. Through scenario-based learning, the nurses practiced applying clinical reasoning in a controlled and supportive environment, enhancing their readiness for real patient care. The workshop ultimately facilitated a smoother transition into professional practice and improved the ability of new nurses to deliver high-quality, safe care.
