Integrated patient care for New RN Program

The atmosphere of the workshop on integrated patient care skills for new nurses using simulation-based training was organized for the new professional nurses at MedPark Hospital. The aim was to help new nurses familiarize themselves with the environment, adapt to their work, build confidence in their duties, and enhance their patient care skills. This will ensure that new nurses can provide efficient and safe patient care. The learning process included a blended approach: online learning, theoretical learning, and practical exercises through simulated scenarios. This training allows participants to appropriately and safely apply their skills in patient care, adapt more quickly to their work environment, and feel more comfortable in their roles.
