Unlocking and Enhancing Work Potential through Personality Tools Program

Here are some highlights from the “Unlocking and Enhancing Work Potential through Personality Tools” training session held on November 28, 2024 for the employees of Thai Medical 88 Co., Ltd. This workshop focused on helping participants understand personality differences and how to turn those differences into strengths. The goal was to foster mutual understanding and improve the work environment by transforming negative dynamics into a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

The training utilized an integrated approach, combining personality tools with gamification. The session was led by Khun Rapat Amarapirakkit, a Competency Development Trainer and Khun Nampeunk Panasudtha, Department Manager (Learning and Capabilities Development) from the Simulation Center.

Following the training, employees gained a deeper understanding of their personalities and strengths while also appreciating the diverse behaviors of others. This understanding helped teams become better aligned with the organization’s goals, enabling more effective collaboration across departments.
