Continuous Quality Improvement with Quality Tools program

Here are some highlights from the ” Continuous Quality Improvement with Quality Tools program” training session held on November 7, 2024 for the employees of Medpark hospital. This workshop focused on helping participants understand Quality Improvement, Quality tool and processes for quality improvement as well as being able to apply to quality improvement activities. The session was led by Miss Kamolwan Intra, Senior Division Director of the Simulation Center, Thai Medical 88 Company Limited, Following the training, employees gained a deeper understanding of Quality tool and processes for quality improvement as well as being able to apply quality tools to quality improvement activities as specified by the organization.
