Upskill to high performance working Course

The Upskill to high performance working course for employees of Thai Medical 88 Co., Ltd. was held on June 4 and 6, 2024. This training focused on instilling core competencies, fostering engagement, and promoting organizational culture to guide the organization towards its goals, vision, and mission through the integration of gamification.

The main instructors were Mr. Rapat Amarapirakkit, a training officer specializing in personnel competency development, and Ms. Nampeunk Panasudtha, the Manager of Learning and Personnel Development at the Simulation Center. Additionally, Ms. Laddawan Chawvavanich, the Access Management Director at MedPark Hospital, joined as a guest speaker.

Following the training, employees of Thai Medical 88 Co., Ltd. gained valuable experience regarding the core competencies of the organization. The training fostered a sense of engagement among the employees and helped to build an organizational culture aimed at achieving the set goals, vision, core values and mission.
