Integrated patient care for New RN Program

The atmosphere of the workshop on integrated patient care skills for new nurses using simulation-based training was organized for the new professional nurses at MedPark Hospital. The aim was to help new nurses familiarize themselves with the environment, adapt to their work, build confidence in their duties, and enhance their patient care skills. This will ensure that new nurses can provide efficient and safe patient care. The learning process included a blended approach: online learning, theoretical learning, and practical exercises through simulated scenarios. Esteemed speakers included: Ms. Kamolwan Intra (Registered Nurse and Senior Director, Simulation Center), Ms. Chanthraphorn Khamkong (Registered Nurse and Manager of Clinical Competency Assessment, Simulation Center, Thai Medic 88 Co., Ltd.), Mr. Siriwat Vongsa (registered nurse from Intravenous Therapy Service (IV Team), Ms. Parada Jindarat (Registered Nurse and Manager of Cardiac Care Unit, MedPark Hospital) and Ms. Naiyana Sombutmol (Registered Nurse and Duty Manager), These experts facilitated the workshop, providing attendees with practical nursing experience according to MedPark Hospital’s guidelines. This training allows participants to appropriately and safely apply their skills in patient care, adapt more quickly to their work environment, and feel more comfortable in their roles.
